Lots of people have hated Switzerland ....... well maybe hate is too strong a word. Jews for example were angry for not being allowed in while they were trying to escape Nazi territory. Some allied nations were PO'd because Switzerland did banking with Hitler, and stashed some of the spoils of war for him - keeping much of it later. And finally, there's the unpleasant taste and aroma of authentic Swiss cheeses.
I would argue that no one truly hates the United States. Though my argument would rest on the definition of hate and how it cannot apply to non-corporeal entities.
Belgium. Its a magical place full of amazing beer, waffles, frites, and chocolate. Plus the people speak a minimum of 3 languages.
