at the moment..Honk Kong! Then NY, and then chicago, but once many construction projects in ny are finished, mainly the New WTC complex, NY will reclaim number 1
Hong Kong. Then New York and Chicago. I think Shanghai's has the most promise for the future. Dubai's could get more interesting but right now it just leaves me cold.
Dubai, Buenos Aires, or Frankfurt aren't that impressive in my opinion. Honk Kong is Number one, Chicago and NY are good but Hong Kong if just... you know... the best ...
You should have put Paris, Manila, Seattle, Toronto, Miami, Houston, SF and maybe Dallas in there.
Shanghai is cool, but that tower is the only thing that makes it the one with the spheres in barely even a building all it is a TV tower. I've been to Shanghai, and Pu Dong is what you see in the photos, the real downtown is behind where you take the photo. Pu Xi is more numerous, But shanghai did not make much of an impressions on me.

New York for me but you right about Dubai, think it will be impressive when all done, it looks like a concrete jungle now, very ugly
Abu Dhabi has got some impressive plans but 10-15 years down the line
New York gets my vote, Hong Kong looks great at night with the lights but it looks messy, Chicago will be great when the Spire is done, Dubai will also be good in a few years.
