Other than Japan and North Korea, what countries didn't make Gangnam Style to the top?

Likely any country with very limited internet access, as the song was a breakout internet hit that i couldn't have seen explode by any other means than as a viral video.

Any reason why you think it would not be a hit in Paraguay? Paraguay is one of the most mulit-cultural countries in Latin America. There is a decent amount of Korean immigrants. I live in Brazil and can say I only heard this song last week. I had heard of it through american news but I dont think it is really popular here.

I was just joking, I have no idea if it's popular or not in Paraguay...

Well, one thing I'll say. This video has made Korean women much more popular in the world than they ever could have dreamed.

Well, this "flash mob" video of Gangnam Style recorded in the Mariscal Lopez shopping mall in Asunción, Paraguay, has over 190 thousand views on YouTube:

That's not a flash mob ... it's a performance. You don't announce a flash mob.
