Not sure if anyone has mentioned it, but Puerto Ricans can be some of the most attractive people IMO. I know it's not a nation, but for such a small island they sure pack a punch. I have also heard they are the most genetically diverse people on the planet-with European, Asian, African and Indian background-which is very interesting.
Also, (and I am biased here) but Irish, especially "black irish" (with darker hair/skin), are a very good-looking people. Thinking Colin Farrell, Megan Fox, etc.

I missed out on that genetic diversity lol. I'm Puerto Rican, as far as I know, since 1820 and all I got was European and Native American (1/6) with a tiny trace of African. It's funny when the most common guesses I get for me are Italian Mexican, Chilean, or vaguely Japanese (by Japanese people no less), never ever Puerto Rican or even Caribbean
South America wise Argentinians, Colombians, Venezuelans, Uruguayas and Paraguayans in my opinion tend to look better than Brazil women.
Paraguayans are especially underrated!
Brazil women have all this hype in the western world that its hard to understand because they are not all that!
Its probably because the only time they really see any is during the world cup when the cameramen tend to zoom in on to the ones in the crowd that they fancy! :-)

Also because Brazil has the 2nd largest porn industry in the Americas, top 6 worldwide.
Everyone strikes entire classes of people off their "attractive" lists, people they won't take a second look to consider because of some pre-judged characteristic. That's "controlling who you are attracted to."
Society influences who people are attracted to. Why are there Japanese and Indian women dying their hair blonde? If some body has convinced them that being blonde is more attractive, then they could have determined for themselves what is attractive just as easily as they let someone convince them that blonde is more attractive.
People control it and often people change their attitudes. Back in the 60s, millions of American blacks made a conscious decision that "black is beautiful" and changed who they were attracted to. Consciously. Deliberately.
"Who we are attracted to" is only as fixed as we each make it. Insects can't control who they attracted to; homo sapiens can.
The real Brazil is very conservative, not long ago it had one of the biggest numbers of homophobic attacks on the planet, and with very strong social divisions that transcend all aspects of daily living.
Not that conservative considering they are the largest producers of transgender porn in the world.
Probably Aborigines tribes, Inuits and Negritos. I've nothing against them, but they are not exactly beauty prizes.
