Never been to most of these cities but I would say:
Ibiza, Spain
Rio De Janeiro, Brazil
Sao Paulo, Brazil
Hong Kong
New York City, USA (Been to twice)
Miami, USA (Only visited North Beach as a kid)
Las Vegas, USA
Seoul, South Korea
Toyko, Japan
Barcelona, Spain
Tel Aviv, Israel
Copenhagen, Denmark
Moscow, Russian Federation
Manila, Phillipines
Istanbul, Turkey
London, UK
Vienna, Austria
Los Angeles, USA
Beijing or Shanghai, PRC
Milan, Italy
Paris, France
Bangkok, Thailand
Those cities are normally classified as world-renowned "party cities" or global nightlife meccas.
I think the biggest out of all of them though are probably either Tel Aviv, Ibiza, Bangkok, or Sao Paulo.

Last I checked, they are the nightlife capital of the Middle East and one time a couple of years ago when I was shopping at the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City in Virginia this Israeli guy who worked at one of the those merchandise kiosks/stands told me have I ever visited Tel Aviv and I replied no. He said that it's a really nice place particularly at night and that I should pay it a visit one day. Who knows, I probably might. We shall see!

Copenhagen, Milan, Vienna, Istanbul and Beijing are not party capitals.
Buenos Aires, Amsterdam, Berlin, Phuket and Pattaya should be on the list.

Hmm, always thought Copenhagen would have a bustling nightlife scene as well as Vienna. I have heard many interesting things about Buenos Aires and Amsterdam however.
How is Boston's nightlife and more particularly, its party scene? I ask because everytime I check out the Boston forum and City vs City forum whenever Beantown is mentioned, people usually tend to voice their frustrations with the city's nightlife.
