I don't think there are 30 "World Class" cities in the world. To be honest, I'd have a hard time choosing 10.

The fact that Toronto is on these lists shows they are too long, or a lot of people have never been to Toronto. Despite it's size, it isn't even close to a World Class City by any stretch of the imagination.

It's about WORLD CLASS cities, South Asia has nothing that comes even close to that.

Buenos Aires is put on the same level as Hong Kong? Lol, only a Milwaukeean would believe this nonsense.

I am not listing 30 cities, but will give a top 10.

A) NY, London
B) Tokyo, Paris, Hong Kong
C) Chicago, Los Angeles, Singapore, Seoul and Brussels

I don't really know why Buenos Aires is often placed as a global city. It has a reasonably standard of living and the charm of being as a "Paris of the south", but Argentina doesn't play an international role in the same sense of Brazil and Mexico. Mexico City would be a better candidate as the most world class city in Latin America. São Paulo would also be a good candidate, but what prevents it to be more highly ranked as global city is the political role. It's not the capital of Brazil and also don't host the headquarters of any relevant international organisation.
