I would say Asia. We have people of Middle Eastern/Mediterranean appearance to the west, more African in appearance to southwest (near the Red Sea), European looking in the western parts of Asiatic Russia and the Caucasus, central Asians (who have a "mixed" look to them), south Asians (Desi) and some "Australoid" looking peoples to the south of the Indian subcontinent, orientals to the east and darker Asiatic peoples in the southeast.
There is 1 huge problem with poll question. Racially and ethnically are 2 different things.
Question of races can be seen as controversial in some countries and totally o.k. in other countries.
To ethnically- Africa is well known for many ethnicities-few thousands, there are so many nations, ethnicities and tribes across Africa with indigenous languages, cultures, religion and so on. So while Africa is super diversed ethnically, not so much racially with majority being negroid, than obviously Northern Africa is different, Eastern Africa mixed and Cape Verdes or Madagascar are not your typical african countries either.
Asia is huge with many ethnicities, but also racially very diverse. Western Asia is totally different to Eastern Asia, Southern Asia is different, Central Asia is mixed and Southeastern Asia has austronesian admixture.
South America is very racially diverse with indigenous population, Europeans, Africans, Middle Easterners, East Asians, Mestizos, Zambos, Mulattos and Guyanas even South Asian large %. But I would argue that while racially very diverse, ethnically not so much. I mean huge majority of continent speaks Spanish or Portuguese as native language and cultures are also similar in most countries.
Nort America is also not ethnically so diverse. Yes there are people from whole world, immigrants and their descendants from every country, racially is North America diverse, but ethnically not to such high degree. I mean look at Americans or Canadians, majority of white Americans and Canadians is English or French speaking and culturally American/Canadian. It is different with immigrants and 2nd generation and especially with people who have non european roots. Central America is mostly Mestizo and Caribbean black or mulatto.
I would pick Asia and South America as racially most diverse and Asia and Africa as ethnically.
