Best all-around women around the world?

I've been in relationships with french-speaking African women (there's plenty of them in Brussels) and was married to a french-speaking (white) woman. Still, I kind of realize I like having a woman that speaks Dutch, my mother tongue.

I speak French very well, but it will always lack some emotional, unconscious aspects that prevail while using my mother tongue. There's always something artificial about it - I can't really explain it. So no matter how bigoted it might seem, I realized that I prefer women who speak Dutch (no matter whether they're black, brown, asian, white,...).

Why does a small country like France get it's own spot, while Canada and the USA gets lumped together?

Since the OP mentioned down-to-earth, good natured, and feminine traits, that pretty much rules out most American women, except for the South and the Upper Midwest. I was the first vote for East Asia, particularly Japanese. Eastern European women are nice too, and German women.
