Most people I know have visited the United States. Some liked the country and want to return, others were indifferent or even disliked the whole experience. I believe it is the same for (the few - per capita) Americans traveling to France, Italy and other European countries.

Most German cities looks depressing anyway with high number of Muslims and Turkish residents... Very trashy and ghetto looking. Sorry but it is true. Germany has the economy, but everything else sucks.
It is very hard to beat American cities in terms of trashiness. Have you ever visited Tenderloin in San Francisco? I have been all over central Berlin but did not see anything like this. I have nothing against homeless people, only the aggressive ones you will find in central SF.

I saw images of Sacramento looking even worse. Something out of a post disaster film. Campers living on the street..... Actual street blocking traffic

Yes, the picture I posted is a "nice" one. San Francisco seemed to be filled with homeless people. I even encountered some inside McDonald's. We actually had to move upstairs to avoid one aggressive beggar.
