No no Moscow is in Europe your right to compare the US with the EU in terms of weather the States is way more in favour for warm temperatures but people can argue and say the climate of the EU is better because of the lack of weather extremes.

i might've gotten you confused with that other poster owenc. Yes everyone has their own opinons, some might like a little bit cooler weather.

and iceland but thats okay because thats kind of what i said so i dont know what your point is. Actually i just look it up and parts of southern and other countries are below 50. Anyway their are only a couple of cities below 60 degrees denver, des monies and anchorage every other city is in the 80s. Actually normally every single city should be 80 degrees except for anchorage,
