Japan and Taiwan in East Asia will decline due to very low or negative population growth.

Macau will decline when people are less interested in gambling.

Japan will continue to have economic problems if population still decreases.
Seoul, HK and Singapore still have immigrants but aging is more serious than Mainland Chinese and other Southeast Asian cities. Mainland China has big regional inequality with many young people going to large cities for higher income. Major mainland Chinese cities rank high because they can attract young people.
