The topic is simple and brief for describing the topic. You say a unique, made up, entertaining personality with a place or city. The next poster says 3 new places for being part of the topic, and with this continued pattern of positing.

I am going to start with the first 3 places:

Seattle: Very Balanced Personality, Easy to get to know, while also not entirely known in reality to most people. Predictable, but is also able to be surprising. Very Pleasant, while also being kind of shy and modest. Introverted. However, there is also an extroverted side in personality. Mostly a lot more good than bad for overall personality.

Singapore: Professional, Very Successful, Exotic for North Americans+South Americans, More familiar for Asians, Australians, and even Europeans. Very Serious while also being fun, an even mix of introverted and extroverted, might seem a bit uptight based on first impressions. However, very easygoing when getting to know well and very positive, consistent energy.

Mogadishu: A failure, a mess, trashy personality, and discouraging to be around. Mostly the opposite of Singapore. Lol Seattle and Singapore are much better personalities, infinitely more successful, more pleasant, and balanced in personality compared to Mogadishu.

Toronto: Superficially friendly personality. Type of person who pats themself on the back constantly for their "diverse group of friends". Compares themselves to their older wiser, cooler siblings and thinks themselves on their level.

New York: May seem loud, brash and flashy at first. But on closer inspection there is a multi layered personality there that it will take years to get to know well. Pretty confident and self assured about their place in the world and really see no need to compare themself to anyone else.

Tokyo: Suffers from multiple personality disorder. However each one of the personalities is fascinating, quirky and extremely interesting. All the personalities are fastidious and clean almost to the point of being anal/ocd.

Miami: Tony Montana said it best: 'this city is just one big pu**y waiting to get f*cked'. Glamorous, sexy, hedonistic, exuberant, yet laid-back and tropical, with a hint of danger and vice (okay more than a hint).

Berlin: Marlene Dietrich as a city. A grand, decadent fraulein that combines apparent respectability with an anything go liberality and decadence tempered by an intellectual vein. Well-ordered in public, but when night comes turns into a wild animal.

Perth: Parochial and self-contained, rather flashy and insecure on one side...restless and determined, yet insists that it is happy the way it is. Extroverted but also sort of dreamy and contemplative on the edge of civilisation.

Buenos Aires: Chaotic, charming and irresistible. A bit selfish, seems like it haves a sense of superiority, could be seen as a player. Deep down, though, a bit insecure. Very cultured. Neurotic to the top. Crazy and overdramatic but unforgettable.

Los Angeles: Solitary, dettached from the rest of the people. Pretty but unattaible. A bit like the character Daisy, from "The great Gatsby" (american classic novel written by Scott Fitzgerald): beautiful, at first you think theres something behind that, but there really is not: vacuous and superficial.

Paris: Beautiful and bohemian. Likes to read and enjoys all types of art. Lives in another era, and thinks theres something worthy behind every human being, you just have to find it. Likes to find poetry in even the most little things.

San Francisco: Treats diversity as a birthright. Passionately creative and creatively passionate. Often more snarky than is absolutely necessary. Attention-seeking. Generous in theory but not often enough in practice.

There is plenty of other posts also saying perfect and very accurate descriptions going very well for the unique personalities topic. In this post, I quoted my favorite posts.

Seattle, Singapore, Mogadishu, San Francisco, Toronto, Perth, Buenos Aires, Paris are receiving specific personalities going well for them.

Tokyo’s personality overall appears relatively consistent and easy for getting to know. I would show more of the even mix of positive and negative opinions for the personality of New York City. However, I definitely agree for what you said with Toronto.

What you said for Perth shows you lived there for a very long time. lol Yes, I see this exactly being the personality for the city of Perth. All of the people on this website from Perth even post rather similarly sometimes.

The next 5 cities for this topic:

London: Thinks it knows everything but it really doesn’t in reality. Used to be smarter, more sophisticated, and refined in historic times, but also more arrogant. The modern times kind of changed London’s personality, but some remnants of its historical personality continues to exist. Wants to please everyone for giving them a welcoming, entertaining time, but getting tired of the crowds, starting to not want to please everyone, even deliberately trying to bother some people, and discourage them to make it less crowded. Tries to appear very well balanced, not successful anymore for this image, and not being well balanced at all in reality.

Seoul:
Having a cool name, but probably not quite as soulful compared to the name. Very hard working, workaholic, doing almost anything in recent times for getting more money. Having a very hostile neighbor that is jealous. Seoul knows the jealousy, and neighboring tension, while also not allowing this to get in the way of Seoul’s active personality, and emerging prominence to the world.
There is also a more easygoing, fun loving, partying side, so there is a paradox in Seoul’s modern personality while also being hard working.

Buenos Aires:
Knows how to have fun plenty of times, soulful, likes to always entertain people. Dreamy. Having a balance for leisure activities and for being practical. Appears extroverted, but there is also an introverted side in personality. Very active, spontaneous, and not predictable

Paris:
Having a much better personality than London, more balanced, pleasant, easygoing, refined, and overall more sophisticated. Very worldly and embracing of cosmopolitan diversity, so not nearly as provincial compared to first impressions. London is kind of jealous of Paris and Buenos Aires and maybe is going to try being like them more, but fail in attempt. However, London knows its good enough, even if not on Paris, and Buenos Aires level.

Kyoto:
Traditional and modern simultaneously, does not want to be Tokyo, and likes having a separate personality away from Tokyo. Kyoto tries to almost always appear in perfect harmony, and alignment with spirit.
