Even by high rises, Hong Kong is first. Dubai has the tallest building though.

Whats your definition of highrises then? If you've seen both in person before, it's pretty ibvious that hing kong is the more vertical city.

Yes but those areas are not shown when looking at the skyline. The "skyline" refers exclusively to Manhattan.

I kind of agree. It's not much of a contest really. NYC is probably the most recognized and iconic skyline in the world.

Famous tall skyline in the world. But they are a catory of their own, skylines don't have to be generic tall buildings.
