Islamic as in the country previously had or currently has Islam as a state religion? Probably right, since Turkey is in the initial list.

Lebanon
Malaysia
Azerbaijan (always felt the Caucasus was fascinating)
Albania
Those would be my top for visiting as well, though I'd be happy to visit pretty much any country.
