If we're talking living in long term, my choices would be Toronto, NYC and London.

I could see myself living in Sydney, Paris, New York and Tokyo long term. I could also see myself sticking around in San Francisco, Singspore, Hong Kong and Chicago.

I'd live in all of them. Except maybe Moscow. It'll be nice for a visit but I could never live in Russia.

Hong Kong, Los Angeles, NYC, Boston, San Francisco, Washington DC, London, Chicago, Sydney and Toronto are the cities that I can realistically imagine myself living in though for the long-term.

Singapore, Shanghai, Tokyo, Paris and Berlin are cities I wouldn't mind living in for the short-term (like about a year or so).

I wouldn't mind visiting/living for a while in any of those cities, except perhaps Moscow.

Cities on that list I couldn't really imagine myself living in:

LA: it was never really appealing to me.
Brussels: utterly boring. I like the rest of Belgium, though.
Washington: I probably haven't spent nearly enough time there, but it's kinda like Brussels. Just an administrative city, lots of governmental offices. There are more interesting places in the US
Toronto: As someone said in another thread, it's like New York without the things.
Moscow: Meh. Incredibly expensive and the quality of life sucks.
Frankfurt: Probably the most boring one amongst Germany's bigger cities.

But in reality, I wouldn't mind living in any of those. I probably dislike Moscow the most.
