If there are enough threads about Antarctica there will be an Antarctica forum, but that´s up to our Admin only.

Penguins aren't allowed to post on CityData though... That's really a sticking point for the lack of Antarctica-related posts on here.

I don't see anything in the TOS that bans penguins from registering!

The lifespan of penguins is believed to be 15-20 years, so the number of eligible penguins is probably extremely small, and the Retirement Forum should be adequate to field relevant issues raised by eligible Penguins over the age of 16, who probably have Alzheimers. Besides, there is an extreme radical fringe of Humboldt Penguins up in Peru, who have serious issues with the Humans that have encroached on their habitat, and have become a real nuisance in all forum websites. It's just as well we kept them out.
The Antatctic Fur Seal is extinct in Antarctica, so we'd probably only hear sour grapes from the ones in the South Orkneys, and they'd be banned as trolls. Besides, they are demanding an Otariid Subforum in the Pinniped Forum.
Martians usually just post in the Politics and Controversies forum...
