What do we know of that vast continent? Some parts of Antarctica seem to be less cold than expected. Should man ever come to settle there?

Penguins aren't allowed to post on CityData though... That's really a sticking point for the lack of Antarctica-related posts on here.

But if they hurry up and file the discrimination lawsuit, I can see the ruling in their favor...

Mark my words. it's only a matter of time before some of us go to live there
Meanwhile, what would be the Antarctic forum should embrace that inner space. You know – the Hollow Earth

It's pure discrimination. Penguins have a right to voice their opinions too. What does City-Data have against them? Next they'll ban polar bears from the Arctic posting.

^^ The proposal is that the Antarctic (or should that be Antarctical?) section be admissive of contributions about Earth orbit, the Moon, Mars, and anywhere away from here
^ But it should be inadmissive of attempts at jocularity. They'll contribute little more than to spoil an otherwise serious topic

I don't see anything in the TOS that bans penguins from registering!
