Of course, you can still get fries with some meals.

Not McPaella but there is something similar in Poland: Pizza Paella.

Yeah, I know about some of those monstrosities circulating around.

When I lived in London I found myself one day at a supermarket staring at a "paella sandwich". I almost lost my mind then and there.

Not international but in Hawaii they offer local stuff they dont have anywhere else like Portuguese sausage for breakfast and ramen noodles. Also at least a decade ago, they had the McCajun Chicken sandwich that was spicier than the normal $1 McChicken, I liked it a lot better.
