Yes. If the weather is the only reason then I dont understand. It gets that cold in northern Alaska and Canada! Im not saying live in the south pole but the coastal areas look very livable

Uh, you don't seem to understand. -114 is a lot different then maybe -50 in Alaska or something.

Besides, not many people live in Northern Canada or Alaska. Sure, Alaska cities have a good population but other then that, it's pretty empty. People aren't going to move to Antarctica. not now, and not in 50 years. not ever really.

It does not get to -114 except in the south pole and "cold pole" I was talking coastal Antarctica. The summers appear to be 20 to 50 degrees(not minus but plus!) and the winters range from -20 to -50 which isnt any worse than northern Alaska and Canada. If Fairbanks, Alaska can be a big city, so can coastal Antarctia. Lots of oceanfront opporunities!

yes, but it looks exceedingly clear that no nation is willing to put the infrastructure up that would be needed to live there (and I don't see that happening anytime soon). And Amazon.com does not deliver there As it has been said before, where do you get food, clothes, fuel, replacement parts for your house or car, a new book, the daily newspaper? Until those questions are answered, nobody will live there.

People seriously do not think about the iimportance of infrastructure until it isn't there, and there is NO infrastructure at all down there.

Give it up NAH, or go move to Antartica. Everyone has told you the truth and you keep dodging it.

Oh please, Australia is a sovereign nation with a full infrastructure and a climate the supports the production of food, goods, and the harvesting of natural resources. How do you not get this? The two cannot be compared, attempting to do so makes as much sense as comparing apples and and concrete.

I do not understand this kid for the life of me. Why are these threads so...out of touch with reality? I just don't get it.
