Eh, it depends. There are many among us who are full of themselves with patriotism. Anyone who calls someone else "unamerican" for pointing out the flaws in the US is one of those people and there are a lot of those. I do agree that states like Texas and California do tend to have more state pride.

I think this was mentioned in another thread, we all like America, the Beautiful better but we also took into account that we'd just be getting even more sh-t from South Americans telling us America is a continent not a country.
