I'm a teenager and currently I'm stuck between 2 option to take my graduate degree
If I intend to work at Seoul after I graduate and finally get my master degree for Business major, will it be better for my job application later when I'm a Seoul National University alumni, or University Of Southern California alumni?

If your intention is to work in South Korea, a degree from Seoul National university (or any other major SK university) will have more weight on your resume than will a degree from most any American school.
If you don't currently have a thorough understanding of Korean culture, going to school in Seoul will also give you a lot of insight into life and business practices in South Korea.
It's tough because most "elite" families in South Korea will send their kids to the United States or England to get their degree and then come back to South Korea to work. However, in your case, you don't live in Korea, so not knowing the culture or language fluently would hurt you. If an employer saw a Korean that graduated from USC and a Korean that graduated from SNU, if everything else were the same, they would pick the USC applicant. However, that isn't the case for you.
If you speak fluent Korean, then go to USC. If you don't, then you may want to go to SNU.

I agree that to work in Seoul you must have a thorough knowledge of Korean culture and language aptitude. If you do have that already, then getting an understanding of American culture, business practices, and language proficiency going to USC would be a better option.

Yes, the truth is I didn't have that much knowledge about Korean culture. All of your answers helped me a lot, and I intend to apply to Seoul National University for my graduate application later, because my parents wouldn't let me <3
