Brisbane is like any other Australian City is dominated by Asian food.

Sushi/sashimi/maki/yakitori/gyoza/... restaurants are quite widespread, most of which are operated by Chinese immigrants and often serve mediocre food. Their all-you-can-eat lunch buffets are practical though. Authentic Japanese restaurants are rarer, mostly confined to central Paris, especially the traditional Japanese area between the Louvre and the the Opera.
I took a trip to central Oregon last weekend and I had the best burgers in the world (that I've tasted), at Pilot Butte Drive-In in Bend. In western Oregon I haven't found any as good.
Growing up in India I had goat meat burgers with caramelized onions on them, and spicy ketchup as is made in India. They were also fantastic!
