I see you have now changed the parameters of your question, to "live+travel", which implies that the respondent is sufficiently wealthy and affluent to be able to wander about and enjoy the sights and amenities of tourism, with particular emphasis on the capacity of the country to meet his high-standard lifestlye, along with the freedom to leave whenever he pleases and take daddy's credit card and fly back home if the hotel doesn't change the sheets every day and the restaurant doesn't have any non-dairy creamer.

Just to make things clear, if you voted for the 15 Lowest-middle-income Christian Countries it means you can only live and travel in those countries for the rest of your life, same thing for the 15 Richest Islamic Countries.

So you'd have to be rich enough to fly from one to the other, because can't go through any others on the ground?

I would choose Philippines. Malaysia on the Islamic side is not bad either and there are areas that are not predominately Islamic.

The second list has more likely candidates. I'd rather live in Malaysia than any of the others on the list. Those who've been to Malaysia will realise how first world it can be in parts.
