In terms of culture, politics, and climate, I would say Oregon and Washington. In terms of geographic landscape, I would probably say Minnesota or Michigan, since both states tend to be more "flat" with lots of grass fields and trees. (Not saying that all of MN or MI are flat, btw).
That being said, there are many flatter areas of Oregon's Willamette Valley that easily rival that of the Netherlands.

I have been to the Netherlands and I live in Michigan, and I can tell you that they are not even close. Outside of Detroit, Michigan is filled with rolling hills that turn into low mountains the further north you go. I have lived in New Jersey, Eastern Virginia, Central Texas, Northeastern Kansas (their hill country), Southern Germany and Southwest Michigan. Of all of those places, Michigan is by far the hilliest.

There is a lot more to Michigan than Detroit!
Michigan is hillier than Southern Germany? What about the Bavarian Alps?
Yes because nothing says pot smoking, far left politics, and mildly cool rainy weather like the midwest.
HAHAH! yeah no pot smokers in the midwest, you are right!
