But I only pay £20 for broadband and a home phone. The speed is fine so why would I change? Plus I have a 4G pay as you go iPhone with all you can eat data for £10, so my needs are meet nicely for cheap.

Well you should change BT are absolutely excellent, we have been with them 20 years and only been out twice.
Really helps with anything internet related, obviously. I find the majority of sites for downloading won't even go past 80 Mbps let alone a full gig, obviously due to upstream architecture.
