So then I thought I'd do more reading, and came across this: Top Cars Exporters (scroll down)

And Oman wasn't present because I am assuming this was not 2013 or they couldn't get data, but if you add the numbers anyway the total is not even half of their ME figure. So then I thought maybe it might be Turkey then but they put Turkey under the Asia section so it could not have been.
So this led me to believe what the fact page meant by region is 'Arabia' or 'The Gulf'.

This was my first version now, but alas. The game for this picture is over ..
