I chose the Chrysler building. I'm not much of a fan of skyscrapers or modern architecture, art deco being the exception. I like Beaux-Arts skyscrapers, too. I don't think there were any in the poll, though.

Chrysler Building. It is just different, in a good way.

I can think of four at the moment.

The Woolworth Building, for being so unique, ornate, and ahead of its time.

The 63 Building in Seoul is pretty fantastic.

The Messeturm in Frankfurt.

And finally, Liberty Place's twin towers.

Default I like Chicago's 90+story Trump Tower

Right in the center this picture, on this Chicago River scene. You can zoom in on.

That's a random choice. Didn't realize it's near completion. Would have been funny if it was decided that the World Trade Center's antenna wasn't allowed to count toward its height and 432 Park Avenue ended up being the tallest building in New York.

Whoops, was that a joke?

The Empire State and Chrysler Building are still the bosses. Not on the list but 122 Leadenhall Street * (London), is a beautiful building.

It's beginning to look like an industrial chimney from afar, completion must be near. That thing is scary. Btw will tower Verre ever be built?
