I voted for our own Sydney Harbour Bridge, because of parochialism, but also because it's the most iconic, and is a real landmark of the city. It connects north and south, and divides Sydney into east and west in a way.

Voted for Tower Bridge because, even though it's the smallest on here and isn't as old as it might appear, it has bags of character. The Golden Gate and Brooklyn seem imposing but look more functional than pretty. Sydney's bridge looks cool.

My favourite UK Bridges include the Menai Suspension Bridge, Clifton Suspension Bridge and Forth Rail Bridge.

Whilst in terms of London I prefer the Albert Bridge, Hammersmith Bridge, Chelsea Bridge, Putney Bridge, Chiswick Bridge and Richmond Bridge to Tower Bridge. That's not to say I dislike Tower Bridge, I just prefer some other bridges.

The busiest and largest bridge over the Thames is the Dartford Crossing, which is quite an impressive bridge in terms of size.

The Lauttasaari Bridge. At least at 5am drunk and with terrible wind on a November morning.
