Most Isolated Nations in the World? (inclusive, island, Australians)

North Korea is def. among them. What about Cuba? Any others?

Please be inclusive about the WHOLE country. E.g. Don't say things like parts of Australia/Canada/Russia, etc.

And when I say "isolated," I don't mean geographically isolated.

Cuba receives their fair share of tourists. Bhutan is a country I'd call isolated.

Australia & NZ isn't really isolated there media imports many shows from the UK and the USA and many Australians are probably more aware of the world than Americans.

I don't get how the US virgin islands and Grenada for example are isolated...
