I'm pro American here, but dirtiest global
city award has to go to Any good sized
USA city. Talk about dirty.

Trash littered on sidewalks, in your face urban
decay, ect.

Apparently you don't have much to compare it to then. Littering is quite uncommon here in the US.

Big cities in China do not have a lot of trash (compared to NYC and Pairs), but air quality is significantly worse.

I have been to Cairo and it is way dirtier than Beijing. I head Indian cities are terrible but have never been there.
