Well I don't live in Ireland lol. Yes I know i've actually been there and heard the Minnesota and Canada accent but what i'm saying is that the Toronto accent is more American than Canadian.. at least the Canadian that I know of.

Exactly. Toronto IS Canada. Canada would be a very different place without that city. It would be like New York City joining Canada. Both cities are representative of their respective countries.
And honestly this has zero to do with Canadians not 'liking' Americans which is a juvenile way of looking.. I've said before and i'll say again on the whole I wouldn't want to be bordered by any other nation in the world.. The two countries have a great relationship.
Exactly and we would defend one another like brothers do by default. If some foreign power ever threatened Canada, most Americans would find that highly offensive, more so than if it happened to another country. I would imagine Canadians feel the same way.
Yeah and NORAD guarantee's it. That pact goes well beyond NATO - it is shared defense of a common Canadian/American border.
