What's the most liberal/westernized Muslim country? (buy, nightclubs)

Lebanon is a good contender, so then are Bosnia-Hercegovina and Albania.

I think Turkey was the first Islamic country to decriminalize homo-sexuality.

Turkey followed by Lebanon.

I'm not so sure about Bosnia, but I believe it's up there.

EDIT: Okay, I read that Bosnia has anti-discrimination laws for gays. That's a big plus.

I would say Bosnia and Albania. They appear to have a more European style Islam. They are surrounded by other European countries and also eventually want to become part of the EU.

I was just in Kosovo. There are supermarkets built in to the mosques. You can buy 2 litre bottles of beer where ever you like and drink them in public. Nobody wears any religious gear, you wouldn't even know 95% of the country is Muslim if not for the call to prayer and minnarets popping up everywhere. I don't know how it compares to Turkey and Bosnia though.
