In 20 years time what city skylines do you think are going to change the most in that amount of time? Like how much Shanghai or Dubai changed. What major city will have the biggest change to it?
Phnom Penh. I realize it is not a major city now but hear me out on this. Cambodia is rapidly urbanizing - currently only at 20% but I expect it to be comparable to its neighbor Thailand at around 45-50% in twenty years. PP grew from 1.2 million to 2 million between 2000 and 2010. Wouldn't be surprised if the population is 6-8 million in 2035 and has a skyline comparable to pre 1997 Bangkok.

20 years can be a long time, look how much some Chinese cities changed in that timespan, the Pearl River Delta is the largest metropolitan area in the world, if someone said that 20 years ago, he'd have been looked at as foolish
