That's future bass electronica. Basically house music that's finally developed beyond the abomination that was dubstep.
Electronica isn't really my favourite genre, but I appreciate this is not a "choose music you like" thread. In the 1990s I would have picked an indie music track. Today, something equal parts edgy and refined would be the order of the day.
I thought it was an unusual choice for London, but now I see the reason why it makes a bit more sense.
Celine Dion's My Heart Will Go On gives me fond memories of the Sydney Harbour, because we used to go there a lot back in the day. Also, Cher's Believe was essentially the first song I ever heard when we came to Sydney and it was always in the radio when drove around the urban streets (oh those were the days!).
No need to link them as they're already well-popular & overplayed songs.
I think you'd have to choose at least 10 different tracks of various genres to sum up the feel of London.

Obviously something like this will have subjective elements so anyone can offer their own perspective.
I'm particularly liking the ethnic music choices. They give me a first perspective into regional popular and traditional cultures. I think big cities like London and Tokyo, go well with technology hubs go well with avant garde electronic music. Coastal cities with lots of natural scenery go well with more recognizable classics.
As usual, EDM in Europe/UK is light years ahead of the U.S.
