Best thing in Brazil: earning money in São Paulo and spending in Rio.
About Bangkok I know almost nothing, except it looks like some brazilian cities and it's very hot.

Default Rio de Janeiro

Out of all three cities I recommend Rio de Janeiro. Is one of the best cities in Brazil and with the organization of the 2016 Olympic Games the city will be the center of attention.
