May be Iceland and Norway reuniting after hundreds of years. There is currently a party called Fylkisflokkurin on Iceland lobbying for Iceland to become Norway's 20th county.
Imagine a Unified Europe
all the way from Iceland to Far eastern Russia
that would be an unstoppable world power
I don't really see the benefits of a huge country. Small, but with a high standard of living is the way to go Cooperation? Why not. But inheriting the problems of all the others? Nah.

New AuZealandia could work. Not compromising on Wellington though.
Aussies also have to agree to be called Kiwis, and not to export their dreadful pies here.
LOL. I heard NZ was having some warm days recently..... did you get sunstroke?!
.....although on another forum, there was a thread on forming a new country CANZUK....
Canada, Aus, NZ & UK. Capital city, of course would be Melbourne
Yep, it's been a good summer. Plenty of humid weather which I like, but back to clear dry weather now, which I don't like.
Sun is no joke though. Melanoma rates in NZ are up there with Aussie.

Keep it simple - NZAU. Melbourne would be a great second city, but the capital city should always have the most inclement weather in the country imo - Wellington it is.
