you can find poverty everywhere..... who cares where you wanna go on holiday or not

Well I don't know about that, the Cities I've been to didn't look sterile.

Don't genaralize! Sterile places are few and far in between in developing countries, there were a few awful ones, but they usually already weren't known for being fun places. It also vastly depends on the culture of a country.

The advantage of developing countries for Western tourists is the purchasing power, an average income in any developed country can give you to some of the best services in most developing countries. That means you have much more choice when it comes to entertainment.

Agreed, as long as that poverty doesn't affect him should a tourist care?
