Out of the four my favorite is Buenos Aires, followed by NYC then Mexico city, I like Sao Paulo the least.

Born and raised near NYC. It feels significantly bigger than every other city in the country. But I have heard from people who have stated Mexico City that it is NYC and then some. These people have visited both cities.

I lived in New York City, and have been to Buenos Aires.

New York City DEFINITELY feels much bigger than Buenos Aries. Sao Paulo is more compatible with NYC, and feels much bigger than Buenos Aires as well.

I haven't been to Mexico City.
