I ask myself if you have ten millions in your pocket, in which country it's the best to go live? I mean where you can make the most thing with it and have the best way of life?
I assume in US beautiful house and all are very expensive.
In south america, it can be a bit dangerous.
In the USA, some good choices are San Diego, Scottsdale, Arizona, Miami. In Europe, I would pick Spain...most likely Marbella (where I have a vacation home). In Asia, I would say Bangkok would be an excellent choice.
Canary Islands, Monaco, Osaka Japan, Tel Aviv Israel (if the palestinians stop bombing it), Bulgaria (but only if you find a way to deal with the corruption there).
Honourable mention: Moscow...don't like the language though and it's too damn cold.
I'm Brazilian so Santa Catarina in Brazil or Buenos Aires Province in Argentina.
In EU, Latin Europe in order: Italy - France and Spain.
Third: Australia.
Would buy a villa on the Ligurian coast honestly and a chalet amongst the Austrian Alps (possibly near Innsbruck)
If i had to pick a city it would be more difficult but think i'd pick London.
