Murmansk, Niamey is way too hot for me (especially considering that probably few buildings there have A/C), while Murmansk is very mild for its latitude. Plus, there's no Ebola risk there.

Neither as I'm not a fan of either of them, but if I have to choose I'll choose Singapore, Hong Kong has unfortunately been completely ruined by China. It's one of the saddest cities in the world now.

Vienna or Berlin? (I choose Vienna because I love it )

Vienna, been to both and Vienna wins. Climate is big factor to me. They were both beautiful cities though.

Neither and neither.

Macau = basically a hotel for the Chinese nowadays
Shanghai = it's in China
Moscow = cold and scary
Bangkok = poor
