The op possibly forgot to post them at the end. If you add the totals of each continent for Sydney and Melbourne. They fall short of the grand total.

The 9 for Montreal in Oceania is possibly the most surprising thing on that list for me.

Bajans: 20,000
Peruvians: 15,000
Bolivians: 15,000
Venezuelans: 10,000
Mexicans: 10,000
Argentines: 10,000
Dominicans: 10,000
Guyanese: 9,000
Grenadians: 8,000
St. Lucians: 8,000
Vicentians: 7,000

This is a measure of foreign born only, as this allows for more "apples" comparisons (the UK for instance doesn't have an ancestry question). And counts from national statistical agencies is better than just vague "community estimates."

Here is London, from the 2011 census:

US data is here from the ACS. Data can be found here:

Well in North America I think almost all of our cities are diverse but in terms of the most for North America i'm going to go with:
. New York City, Toronto, Miami, Chicago, Houston, Boston, LA.

I went to Europe this summer and didn't find it to be that diverse compared to NA but for Europe i'll go with:
. London, Paris, Amsterdam.
