City - Data demographics poll (live in, population, Persian)

I don't know if anything like this has been already made, if it already has I'm sorry, either way there are probably new members so it won't hurt for an update.

There are way too many countries to include all in the poll so I decided to break it up into 22 regions.
Specifically the UN geoscheme https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Nations_geoscheme use the map on that link as well as any other links there, to figure out which region your country belongs too.

Former Yugoslavia should be part of Eastern Europe instead of Southern.
Cyprus should be part of Southern Europe instead of Western Asia.
Chad should be part of Northern Africa instead of "Middle".
Zimbabwe should be part of Southern Africa instead of Eastern.

Iran and Afghanistan in Southern Asia just doesn't look right, put Iran in Western Asia and Afghanistan in Central Asia.

Why does South America just have 1 region where Africa has 5?
Why are they calling Siberia "Eastern Europe"

That's how they divided it, not my fault. Also former Yugoslavia is on the Mediterranean, there for it is southern, even the name has the word south in it, yugo=south. Iran makes sense to be called southern. Persian/Farsi is an indo-iranic language. Also Western Asia (Sunni)'hate Iran (Shiite). Idk why South America is one group, but they are all very similar culturally, maybe I should have split it between Brazil and the rest of South America, but I wanted to keep it simple and official. Chads population lives in subsaharan Africa so it makes sense that it's not northern. Siberia is populated by ethnic Russians and looks no different then European Russia. Furthermore even citydata has Siberia under the European thread.

Sorry about that, however the poll looks more cluttered when it's public. Wish there was a way to edit polls, or at the very least deleting and make new ones with out remaking the entire thread.

Yes, I find it odd too that you can't edit the options after creating.
