Is there any matches or something that comes close to it?

Priorities ranked.
1. Active/Sporty locals
2. Beaches with warm ocean
3. Jungle or a lot of vegitation
4. Limited industrialism
5. Ability to buy streetfood

Im not sure about Asia overall. To be a bit more specific about the "active locals". I was thinking of something like the LA/Miami/Rio culture where people do all posibile activities on be beach, but without the skyscrapers and over-industrialization.

Somewhere on coastal Brazil. Maybe south of Sao Paolo or between Rio and Recife?

I think 'sporty locals' is an urban phenomenon so there is going to be some development and/or industrialism associated with the population in question.

What do you think would be the best this time a year? Ive narrowed it down to Costa Rica, Belize, Brazil, Hawaii.

Temperatures rarely dip down below zero, that's warm to me. That might be relative.

There are indeed street markets in the cities and towns of Patagonia. The number of street vendors isn't comparable to a large city, but someplace like Beijing or Seoul isn't going to be what the OP's looking for.
