For quite some time, my dissatisfaction with America has been growing and I’m thinking about becoming a citizen of another country. I can’t see myself being happy here long-term. My #1 issue with America is that it was built from the ground up to serve the rich and everything revolves around money. Most other industrialized nations are far more egalitarian. However, there are a lot of other grievances as well.

I was born in the US but I have Polish citizenship because of my immigrant family. I love Poland and I would gladly live there if the economy wasn’t so weak. I’m conservative on social issues and democratic socialist on economic issues. I’m fully aware that every country on the planet will have things I disagree with. But what are some industrialized countries that are egalitarian and line up with some of the things I’m looking for?

What do you mean with "conservative on social issues"?

Why can't you be rich so you'll be served?

By socially conservative, I mean:

-Opposition to abortion
-Opposition to gay marriage
-Opposition to government interference with religion
-Favoring traditional gender roles over radical feminism (not saying women have to stay home all day completely covered head to toe, but I think the feminist movement in the US is going too far)

Doesn't work that way. I want to live in a country where each citizen is treated like a human being, regardless of his/her ability to pay for services.

You said you also have Polish citizenship, so that is good for you regarding living and working in Europe.
For anywhere else, I'm not quite sure what do you mean when you say becoming a citizen of another country.
Just in case you do not know but this is nothing one just can make happen easily unless perhaps through marriage in some cases.

Outside of Europe you almost everywhere would be considered an immigrant and becoming an actual citizen of your new country could take years. Which leads to the next issue. Getting a good job in this new country or even being allowed to work in this new country period.......

That leaves most of Europe out then....

you've got no where to go in that case. Stay here and enjoy the new England fall. Visit Annapolis here MD, go to the haunted house in Disneyworld and/or Disneyland (Orlando and anahiem respectively). Go to wine country and visit solvange in Santa Barbra county. Visit Mormon country in Utah, ski in New Hampshire, party at Iowa state, heard cows in Texas, start your own religion, join scientology and move to LA. Visit the Coka Cola factory in Atlanta, skate in Rockefellar center, enjoy Christmas in Chicago (home alone), and best of all, go to a concert in DC.
