Russia's relation with Turkey is not the best anymore, Russia won't let Turkey expand and will probably support Persia in taking over Turkey so they have a buffer between them and the Caliphate.
Lol, "big caliphate". Israel could whoop the ass of ISIS while sipping a lemonade, in 24 hours (source : they did it with several Arab countries simultaneously, cf. "Six Days War"). They didn't do it yet because they don't give a sh*t about the Syrian and Kurdish people who get slaughtered and raped. Their interest comes first. But nobody would want an ISIS as big ass a continent, even Arab countries.
China and Russia would never take any action that would cause a war with US, maybe they are ambitious, but not suicidal. The same goes in the other way around, US doesn't want to confront China or Russia.
So I think that there would be some status quo (to a certain extent), with very active diplomacies to avoid situations like WW2.
Because the Brits would take back Australia and New Zealand (with USA/EU approval) if there were only 9 other large countries and no WMD, also to prevent the caliphate from taking over the Pacific.

Six Days War happened almost 50 years ago, many other countries in the region improved their military.
Do you really believe Israel can survive waves of blood thirsty muslims if we stopped having WMD?
I never said ISIS would lead The Caliphate.
When there are no WMD anymore China and Russia will do whatever they want. Suicidal? Good luck taking out 1300 million Chinese.
WW3 would start within weeks if we didn't have WMD.
