Stagnating... Those you mentioned are still the leaders and still developing quicker then anyone else.

China is the obvious choice to a quickly growing space agency. India is okay, but not developing as quickly. I'm surprised you left Japan off your list, they have done a lot as well.

Mexico, via NASA has started providing a lot of astronauts, but they don't really develop anything themselves.

A lot of smaller countries work mostly with NASA or the ESA. I expect more countries to start working with China as well.

Russia is building a new cosmodrome (Spaceport) in the russian far east, not far from the chinese border, it supposed to be completed in 2018, but they have had some huge setbacks. This spaceport will make Russia more independent from Kazakhstan's Baikonur cosmodrome.

Not sure when the UK space port is designated to open, however the designs used in the space programmes have been iconic, and I am more interested in the opening of London's new Design Museum later this month in Kensington.

The Space Port in the UK is set to be Virgin Galactic's European Hub.

Eventually it will be at Virgin Galactic's Spaceport located in New Mexico,
I think it is near Truth or Consequences.

Virgin Galactic got in the private space race early, but they have had many setbacks. I'm not sure if they would even fall in the top 5 private space companies now.

SpaceX, Oribtal Sciences, and ULA are by far the leaders in the private space race. Blue Origin will likely catch up quickly.

Cape Canaveral will continue to be the major launch site in the US. SpaceX and NASA are spending loads of money there to renovate and prepare for their deep space, spaceships. The Cosmodrome and China's launch sites will be the other major launch sites of the future. China is probably going to have to find a new site in the future as their current site is too close to populated areas. They already have issues with debris falling into populated areas.

I think all major space faring countries will eventually have multiple launch sites. The US has 3, China 1, ESA 2, and Russia technically has none right now, but they do lease the Cosmodrome until 2050 and are spending almost half a billion dollars renovating there. Russia also has the problem of being so far from the equator.
