Venezuela in 2015 had a rate of 90 per 100,000 and is definitely rising. http://observatoriodeviolencia.org.v...il-habitantes/

Colombia has seen a continuous fall. Last year it registered the lowest rate for 42 years at 24.4 per 100,000 El 2016 fue el año con menor tasa de homicidios en Colombia en 40 años Noticias, última hora, vídeos y fotos de Disturbios, Conflictos Y Guerra - Guerrilla en lainformacion.com

Mexico also saw a return to its worser years but still better than the link previously given by Falcon. It registered 17 pero 100,000 in 2015 and an estimated 18.6 for 2016 (official figures not out).INEGI contabiliza 20 mil 525 homicidios en México en 2015

There are also several countries in Africa like Democratic Republic of Congo that don't publish or skew their figures. However, officially Honduras and El Salvador seem to fight for the worst spot.

Some of those rates are also for previous years as most countries have yet to publish 2016 stats despite the title of the graphic.
