None, although some anglosphere countries are less difficult than others. For instance New Zealand is quite easy if you can find an interested employer.

If you are a brain surgeon or rocket scientist, they are all easy. If you are unskilled, they are all impossible. The same applies pretty much everywhere.

What happens if I am computer technician and programmer ? I'm interested in IT industry and I'm still improving myself as much as I can do.

You will have to look at each country's government website - they are all different. If the country has a shortage of people who are qualified to do whatever it is that you do, they will be interested in you. If they don't have a shortage, they will not be interested in you.
