Back in France i would say Cambridge, at least among my peers. In Brazil Oxford. When i lived in the US and Canada it was easily Cambridge. Now i travel a lot for business but we don't really talk about them in the comparison sense. Now Harvard, that's a phenomenon. I've never seem such a praise for a school. If you were to say you studied film at Harvard( don't even think they offer that) people would be more impressed than saying you went to UCLA, USC, NYU, Le Fémis etc

Oxford.
The American Cambridge (Harvard) is a lot more famous than the English Cambridge here in the Netherlands.

I'd say Oxford, but Cambridge is certainly known. I have a friend who lives in Cambridge actually, reminds me I should visit

It's pretty, but the hordes of Chinese tourists might cut in your line for ice cream.

Oxford has 64 Nobel Prizes whilst Cambridge has 96.

Cambridge is especially strong in terms of science and together with Oxford and and certain London Colleges forms what is known as the Golden Triangle.
