I'm not a city, but I'd honestly have to say that I am probably the "world capital of cool."

Indeed, how can a place where you can't even kiss in public ever be considered cool? Apart from seeing Burj Khalifa for real, I have no desire to visit Dubai.

Always go with plural rather than singular. Please explain what you are searching. In regards to the topic labels. What is the exact wide encompassing specific decipher method to “cool”? For me, the entire classification system is relevant around Architecture, High Education, Neighborhoods, World Class Wifi Independent Cafes, Nightclub Discotheque Bars, Paid Work Opportunities, Technological Aptitude, Science, Culture, Urban Enough, People, All Types Of Nightlife, Independent Business Stores, Daily Lifestyle, Finally Entire Atmosphere. Bizarre there aren’t much legitimate resources on the World Wide Web to collect those various cool cities all over Planet Earth.

Boring, lack of proper nightlife, too many rules, expensive... what's cool about that?

I've recently seen some videos of Copenhagen and it seems very cool. I am intrigued.
